hey everyone..
i would like to apologise for not posting for so darn long, as i became lazy to type. another reason is that i am pretty busy playing mapleSEA and it has taken up all of my time on the pc, now it is march hols though, and i have got alot of time.so you'd probably be expecting a few posts now and then
firstly, there's a corruption in our school that needs to be purged. this science HOD gave 5 of my classmates, maximus included, 3 strokes of cane after they shouted "holiday!" after class ended. now they have to report in sch everyday and not do anything but sit outside general office. i'm telling you it is completely appalling that something like that happens at my sch, as our heritage is almost unchallenged in singapore. i think it's time to have a change of principal as i think it would be a breath of fresh air. Power and command has gotten to her head. i appreciate all that she had done, even some unfairness in the school, but i think her time should be up.
secondly, yesterday's game was a total disaster. xabi alonso got sent off in a one off decision and i felt sorry for him as he got pushed and shoved by arsenal's damned guns as he pleaded innocence to the referee. in all due respect that was not sporting, although liverpool have never really played rather sportingly, although we get much more respect than chelski.
thirdly, sissoko's eye injury was horrible. he had quoted that he thought he was going to lose his sight on his right eye and the density of the problem increased slightly when some portugese phony doc confirmed the fears, although it was totally nonsense.ynwa sissoko and may you return with a bang. we miss you.
anyway, enough about all those..let's talk about my favourite game...maple!! i'm totally addicted to it and i have sinned for i bought 50 bucks worth of prepaid card to buy some cash items. father please forgive me. there was a time when i was damn bored of the game, and max and ivan was like, come play la! but i had zero interest. but some factors lured me to play again. no 1, ladylala, a friend of mine whom i met in liverpoolfanclub.org.sg forums had made the LiverpoolFC guild, and promply added me to join them. to have the best guild in mapleSEA certainly helps whet your appetite in the game, we may not have the highest level players, nor the biggest guild in maple, but we are LiverpoolFC. and that matters alot because we are the best.anyway there's this friggin problem with blogger and i cant upload our "team photo". hahaha...
many events took place and not all were sweet during these 3 months. i saw my friends one by one getting isolated and punished, wondering when my turn will come..i saw liverpool go on a tumbling run of poor perfromances and eventually bowling out of the champions league, i saw my school team being thrashed at the last game which was vital, and probably my fault. and i hope the next coming days will be slightly better for me and for everyone around us. it isn't too much to ask for a change of luck is it? (btw my mum says i should have good fortune this year)
life is not a bed of flowers. but when you go home and log on to maple, and there are so many lfc supporters that are going thru thick and thin with you, when you get detention but almost the whole school team is doing it with you. sometimes you think, god must be a really nice person not to let you suffer alone.

it has been a good six months when my pc have gave up on me. i was naturally frustrated, and was anxious to get a new, supercomputer. but the problem is, my family would not allow themselves to pay scraper prices for a pc. i felt that they did not understand the true meaning of a pc. it's like, god. but now i understood what they meant by "seek and you shall find". we got this pc, 160 gb, 512 mb, 3.06 ghz, ATI radeon X 1300 pro graphics card, intel pentium 4, lightscribe 16X double layer DVDR/RW drive, 9 in one card reader and 3 usb 2.0 ports and a fire wire.throw in a keyboard and a mouse, plus a HP technology 17 " LCD screen monitor. guess how much this costed? 1500? nope. 1000? not a chance. it only costed 800 ++ bucks. this is what we call value for money. it is good enough to support our needs and is within our budget. i love it.
Liverpool have won 10 premiership games in a row, and it has a hell lot to do with peter crouch. many pundits had doubted his ability but now every other critics are predicting crouchy to score in every other game. these critics are nothing but trouble. all crouch needed was that bit of confidence. the kop stand always knew he was worth all the 7 million he was bought. He's found his scoring boots and long may it continue. To me he's already added a lot of dimension for the team when they attack, and it is finally a joy to watch the team play partly because of him.
oh well. christmas. new year. you know what it means. SCH IS FUCKING STARTING. oh damn. i forgot what class i'm in again. i guess my class is okay
i rate it a tad better than the other (n/a) class.

STANLEY'S TOPTEN MOVIE OF THE YEAR !!! :::
1. THE LONGEST YARD (starring Adam Sandler, Burt Reynolds and Chris Rock)
it is undisputedly without any question the longest yard by adam sandler . it is a wonderful show and should be great even on television, so i might buy their dvd. ( maybe pirated? )
2. CHRONICLES OF NARNIA, THE ( starrring many kids, a lion and a bloody bitch, um i mean witch)
This had competition with the third placed, but the fighting scene, the one where the son of adam(human) asked the centaur " are you with me?" and the centaur said " till the death" and they charged at the enemies already justified their place.
3. GOAL! (starring Kuno Becker)
this is the movie of all time. i'll consider it a classic, and every dream of a kid hoping to make it big in football. Santiago Munez (Kuno Becker), an illegal immigrant in USA got scouted by a retired footballer and finds his way to england to play for newcastle united with alot of trouble (e.g. his father stealing his money) and he finally made it big, but his father passed away in the end, knowing his son has made it big. will have two sequel to it. A must watch for hopeful footballers all over the world.
4. TOM YUM GOONG (starring Tony Jaa)
5. FLIGHTPLAN (starring Jodie Foster, Peter Sarsgaard, Sean Bean)
An aboslute thriller, it caught me most of the time , and the twist in the story could not come at a better time, wonderful storyline, great actors, and a good director to top it up.
6. BROTHERS GRIMM (Starring Matt Damon, Heath Ledger, Monica Bellucci)
Okay, so it wasn't a very good movie, but i felt that it was fine enough in my charts, i liked the storyline alot, and it is a good thriller. Two brothers which are phony ghost busters that prey on the superstitious minds of olden day europeans finally get caught in a real situation.
7. KING KONG (Starring Naomi Watts)
I think this would have been in my top three if not for this fabulous year of wonderful movies, but the story have been reran for a few times, no longer fresh. A group of people go to Skull island to film a movie, when all is lost for the director, he sought to bind and tame king kong and bring him back to the city for a fortune.
8. HARRY PORTER(starring Rupert Grint,Emma Watson,Daniel Radcliffe)
In this sequel harry porter plays in the triwizard tornament, much to his suprise. But he finally meets his nemesis in Lord Voldermort and Voldermort almost kills him until his parents come to the rescue from netherworld. Another good movie, but i'm gettin' sick of it.
9.DOOM (starring The Rock ,Karl Urban, Rosamund Pike)
It is not the best game turned movie, and certainly it is not a very good movie. too much fighting , too little storyline. but it would be a relief for your after day's work.
10. LEGEND OF ZORRO ( starring -)
Despite trying to keep his swashbuckling to a minimum, a threat to California's pending statehood causes the adventure-loving Alejandro de la Vega (Banderas) -- and his wife, Elena (Zeta-Jones) -- to take action.

well, today i did something, i'm not gonna say what cuz i am not sure if it was right. but, i hope it is. i just wanna thank nick wong for accompanying me to do that thing. no i'm not gay.( sorry i lied to you shahidah).
i dont know why, but i think my place as 'keeper in fsw seem concreted. it's funny cuz just three weeks ago everyone was telling me how lousy i am.i guess i hae potential to succeed at that level, cuz i love to watch pepe reina play and be deployed as a 'keeper cum last man sort of player.
fifa world cup is coming very soon and again i am going for czech republic for the win. a part of me will be rooting for spain and england though, cuz i have massive respect for them. it's funny how they aren't gonna select xabi alonso in the spain team, as xabi is a european champion?
now i am no longer in the mood towrite about footie cuz this david beckham poster keeps staring at me and it's hell of a irritating.
i hope joavan will start tagging my board regularly so that i can boast that i got somebody famous crazy over my blog. haha, but really, i'd love it if he does.

the last post i had said how i was so damn frigging pissed with the few refreeing decisions going against us. well, i still am a wee bit frustrated by the bad refreeing. i remember a time when i heard a commentator say something like " who needs technology when you got good refrees and linesmen?" after a goal was rightly given to some guy. i agree with the commentator,who needs technology when you got good linesmen? but are every linesmen and refrees good in their decisions?if they are, i'm sure everyone wouldn't mind letting refrees continue to get their pay and work, but that is not the case now.
but no matter what, i'd say no to technology being introduced to the game. i feel that part of the excitment in the game is when a refree makes a decision and some dont agree, which is usually the case.how everyone would be sitting in a coffeeshop arguing. of course it wouldn't be fun if you're supporting the team that suffered because of that one decision,but nevertheless, if things are so accurate in the game, the spark would be gone.
congratulations for steven gerrard on being voted the 7th best player in the world. i think this lad deserves it alot more than the likes of beckham and lampard. gerrard had stayed on with the team in rough times and is willing to make the difference in the game. he loves liverpool. you could see his face after the finals of the world club championship and i t was filled with disappointment and angony, as if saying " i should have done better. i should have done better." he's the kind of captain everyone should follow and follow willingly. he would come out and admit his mistakes, and i dont know how i can express my gratitude to him in word but if you're reading this, i'd like to say thank you.
well, yesterday, i went out to town, played lan at 11 am with tai and the rest of the soccer lads.including amar. i know he aint in the team anymore but to my, it doesn't matter. he'll always be one of us. fsw without him is like rice without spoon. you can use a chopstick, but it just isnt the same. after a while more people came, the chuan hao, i gotta apologise to chuan hao and my sister on this point because i left my money at home and i asked chuan hao to go take for me, and my sis was very angry cuz she gotta wait for him to come, and she missed her brunch( breakfats cum lunch)...and my sis scolded ch,.. really, she must learn to be more lady like..nvm...after that i went taka to shop for an "exchange present" for my cousins. i saw this thing there, and i bought it without thought, it was like love at first sight. i'm not gonna say what, but it's pretty good.after that, i bought something else for her. i hope she likes it but up till now i have no idea how to give it to her.
anyway today i am going for this nose doctor thing, like i said the last time... i hope they wont put any funny tubes into my nose, cuz that's sick. if they do, i'll walk out of the hospital in protest and run around naked. with a sign board " no tubes in my nose!!", okay that utter crap, but i'm always crappy when i'm nervous. i'll stop here for now, but only for now cuz i feel i finally have better things to do than to continue writing on this god-forsaken blog.

a real post now. yesterday i was very pissed. liverpool lost 1-0 to sao paulo in the world club championship courtesy of the WONDERFUL refreeing. the linesman is friggin' blind la, bloody asshole. we got 3 goals disallowed, and at least one of them were definitely in. i dont see how we could have lost yesterday, except that we were complacent in the first half and because of the refreeing desicions going against us. credit to sao paulo though. they have fought hard to win and frustrated us. but i am convinced the best team did not win, they dont neccesary win, y'know? that's probably the one thing i agree with jose moriunho. that guy's an ass, and you agree or disagree with him depending on where you stand. in any case it's over and the team should concentrate on the coming matches.
my condolences to rafa benitez. he's shown alot of courage and character in staying with the team when he should have been back at madrid mourning for his father. many people disagreed with his desicions( e.g. starting line up) but we must remember that he is only human. do not forget what he had done for the club. it is becuase of him that we can call ourselves champions of europe. without him we probably will still be struggling.
anyway, on wednesday i have this appointment with a specialist on my nose. NO i am NOT going to do a nose job like mrs peng la.i am going for my nosebleed. i have no idea why it comes so often. my sis says it's pms and i am mutating into a woman.i hope not. i am not saying i do not like women. in fact i love women. but if i do mutate into a woman , i will in turn appreciate guys unless i am lesbian, which will be highly likely. i think maximus will not mind changing into a woman though. he can hide in girl toilets forever then.
on friday i am going to GENTING!!! okay, so it isn't that great. justin went to korea, chris went japan and me? genting. but it's good enough. i'm gonna enjoy it. my cousins are all gonna be there and although sometimes i complain that that are far too conservative, i'd like them to know that i really do appreciate them.
so i will miss two consecutive soccer training. i deserve a break though, i think. i am one of the most consistent training goer. oh crap. 2:42 alrdy ... i gtg training NOW. probably gonna post tomorrow if i got something new to say. until then, bye!

i've just about finish with this thing. there are still probably alot of bugs around here, and i would be very appreciative if you people report the bugs via the comments. i must thank lady lala for inspiring me to do this thing, and i am still light years away from her knowledge. another person i would like to acknowledge is agnes, who gave me the link to the tagboard that i now own but nobody has yet posted anything, in which i am fairly disappointed as 5 mins have already passed.i also have to thank nick wong for beta-ing so much for me, and now i am tired of thanking everyone, i shall thank myself for being such a wonderful person.
